Outdoor Yoga with NB Fitness Club

Join NB Fitness Club every Wednesday at 5:30pm for Outdoor Yoga at Boston Landing. Open to all fitness levels, the class will focus on posture, flexibility, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body.

It’s free for both members and non-members—so grab a friend and come flow with us. All are welcome!  

Rain won't ruin the party- in the event of inclement weather, class will be held indoors!
